A general assembly was held last November 14 in PRBI Lipa regarding the bank plan and SWOT analysis of each branch. It aims to improve the strategies of each branch to increase the number of their clients and to empower the employees by providing them with more competitive skills and a mindset that is knowledge-based, service-oriented and client-focused.
The said assembly was attended by the bank president, corporate secretary, senior manager, branch managers, internal auditor, compliance officer, cashiers, bookkeeper, accounting staffs and loan processors.
