JOURNEY TO STRATEGIC AND CORPORATE EXCELLENCE
In the highly-competitive, fast-changing business environment, organizations need action- oriented individuals who can not only use perform their daily tasks and targets effectively and efficiently, but also exhibit performance excellence.
As PROGRESSIVE RURAL BANK, INC. wishes to bring its key managers to the next level of performance and leadership excellence, a strategic planning entitled JOURNEY TO STRATEGIC AND CORPORATE EXCELLENCE, was held in Shercon Resort and Ecology Park Mataas na Kahoy Lipa City Batangas last Feb. 27 to March 1, 2015. It is a two-phased program composed of phase one: unleashing the strategic leader, the move from operational manager to strategic and innovative leader and phase two: strategic planning for corporate excellence. The program was conducted by Mr. Rene B. Hapitan of Guthrie-Jensen Consultants to Management . Participants are bank directors, officers and selected staff.
At the end of the two day program, participants learned and appreciate the increasing competition in the service industry and the business environment in general and how companies respond to these changes, prepared to be more strategic in thinking while maintaining operational excellence and developed appropriate strategies and other strategic directions in the next 2 – 3 years.
